Connect spring (2) to angle (4) and cable extension (9).
5.
Install mounting bracket (3) with two new lockwashers (5) and screws (6).
6.
Connect cable extension (9) to throttle lever (1) with washer (8) and new cotter pin (7).
7. Tighten two nuts (20) against cable extension (9).
