REMOVAL
NOTE
• Left and right steering gears are removed in the same manner. Left steering gear removal Is shown.
• Start with step 1 if removing left steering gear. Start with step 2 If removing right steering gear.
1.
Remove cotter pin (1), slotted nut (2), and screw (3). Disconnect yoke (4) from actuating shaft (5). Discard cotter
pin.
2.
Remove four nuts (6), bolts (8), strap (9), and left or right steering gear (7) from frame (10).
