Training
(1)
TARCOM will provide New Equipment Training Teams (NETTs) and New Material Introductory Teams
(NMITs) upon request.
(a)
The NETT will possess the capability to train key personnel of receiving command in the operation and
maintenance of the new equipment.
(b)
The NMIT will provide major commanders and their staffs with briefings designed to provide advance
information that will assist the commander's concern in obtaining an early operational capability.
(2)
Requests for NETTS and NMITs should be forwarded through appropriate command channels to the
Commander, U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Materiel Readiness Command, ATTN: DRSTA-MVB, Warren, MI 48090.
