WARRANTY
The contractor warrants for one year after delivery, all supplies furnished under the contract. All assemblies and
components warranties are cited in the equipment publications. Failure of this defective components, parts or assemblies
covered by the manufacturer's warranty are to be processed under the warranty claims action published in TM 38-750,
paragraph 3-7.4.2.

Submit EIRs in accordance with instructions contained in TM 38-750.

A hand operated fire extinguisher is to be installed at the discretion of the Commanding Officer.
