c. If 14-8 wire (3) is frayed, repair (page 2-424).
d. If 14-8 wire (3) is broken, 14-8 wire must be replaced. Notify Direct Support
Maintenance.
e. If 14-8 wire (3) is not loose, corroded, frayed, or broken, connect batteries (page 2-
424). Go to step 8.
