Line nut (2) and
Using 3/4-inch and 11/16-inch open-end
release valve (0.1)
fitting (1)
wrenches, unscrew and take off.

Line nut (4) and
Using 3/4-inch open-end wrench, unscrew
45-degree elbow (3)
and take off.

Right parking air-
Line nut (7) and
Using 3/4-inch and 5/8-inch open-end
brake chamber (5)
fitting (6)
wrenches, unscrew and take off.

Left parking air-
Line nut (10), fitting

Using 3/4-inch and 5/8-inch open-end
brake chamber (8)
(9), and left airhose (11)
wrenches, unscrew and take off.

Take out left airhose.

Clamp bracket (12)
Screw (13), lock-

Using 7/16-inch box-end and 7/16-inch
washer (14), nut
open-end wrenches, unscrew and take

out.

Get rid of lockwasher.

Take clamp off right airhose (17) only.

CLEANING
WARNING
Drycleaning solvent P-D-680 is toxic and flammable. Wear protective safety goggles and gloves and use
only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes and do not breathe vapors. Do
not use near open flame or excessive heat. The flashpoint for type #1 drycleaning solvent is 100°F (38°C)
and for type #2 is 138°F (59°C). If you become dizzy while using cleaning solvent, get fresh air
immediately, and get medical aid. If contact with eyes is made, flush your eyes with water and get medical
aid immediately.
