b. Take out bracket.

Optical ribbon (5)
Using 114-inch flat-tip screwdriver, lift up
assembly (4)
plastic tab and pull out optical ribbon.
CAUTION
Care must be taken when pulling optical ribbon through tube to prevent damage or breaking.
8. Tube (6)
Optical ribbon (7)
Pull through until new optical ribbon comes
through.
CAUTION
Care must be taken when removing tape holding optical ribbons together, to prevent damage to new
optical ribbon.

Optical ribbon (7)
Remove old optical ribbon from new optical
ribbon.
