3. Position front end loader bucket against tailgate, refer to Figure 2.
4. Remove cotter pins and tap out hinge pins with hammer and punch, refer to Figure 3. Push top of
tailgate out to lower front end loader to desired position.
a.
Put adjustment chain through lower chain latches and pull tight. Slide link into slots
(View B, Figure 1). Ensure chains are even on both sides.
b.
Put adjustment chain through upper chain latches and pull tight. Slide link into slot
(View A, Figure 1). Ensure chains are even on both sides.
5. Dump truck is now ready to be loaded.
NOTE
Perform After (A) PMCS when you finish operating the dump truck.
