CONTROLLED SPREADING
NOTE
Perform During (D) PMCS as you follow the controlled spreading
procedures.
1. Position truck for spreading. Park truck and apply parking brake (TM 9-2320-273-10).
2. Raise bottom of mud flaps up and toward front of truck. Hook mud flaps on hooks provided on bottom
edge of dump body as shown in Figure 1.
