Working from underside of vehicle, secure lower half (Figure 2, Item 3) of stabilizer to upper half
(Figure 2, Item 2) and to dump body (Figure 2, Item 1) using a suitable chain or nylon strap.
WARNING
Use extreme care when handling heavy parts. Lifting cables, chains, hooks, and
slings must be in good condition and of suitable capacity. Keep clear of parts
supported only by lifting device. Failure to comply may result in personnel injury,
death, and/or damage to equipment.
NEVER work under a raised dump body unless it is secured in the raised position
with body props and dump body is EMPTY. Failure to comply may result in
personnel injury or death.

Raise front of dump body (Figure 2, Item 1) and support on body props (WP 0005) using a suitable lifting
device with chains.
